ECHO Candidate Application

Each applicant must be sponsored by a person who has already experienced an ECHO. The sponsor assists the participant with followup activities. These activities include weekly meetings held in all areas of the Cape. If you do not have a sponser, we can find one for you.

Enclose a nonrefundable deposit of $50.00. Balance of $65 due at registration.

Applications may also be obtained from an adult or young person involved in the program. Many rectories and Religious Education Centers also have applications available.
