Opening liturgy for the 2002-03 ECHO year
was held on September 12th. It is a Homecoming for ECHO —
the program began 34 years ago at St. Francis Xavier parish.
Fr. Tom Frechette, the new pastor, invited the ECHO community
to celebrate the opening liturgy in his parish.
